Health Guarantee:

We offer a one-year genetic health guarantee for all our kittens. The buyer must have their new kitten or cat examined by a licensed veterinarian at their own expense within 48 hours or two business days of taking possession. Failure to complete this veterinary check within the specified time frame will void the contract.

If the veterinarian diagnoses the kitten or cat with a serious illness or genetic deformity—defined as a condition causing a shortened or painful lifespan—the animal may be returned for a replacement. The seller is not responsible for any veterinary or transportation costs incurred after the kitten leaves the cattery.

A replacement will only be provided if a licensed veterinarian certifies the genetic deformity and it is reported to the breeder within two business days of diagnosis. Neglect or improper care will void the guarantee, and no replacement will be offered in such cases.

Please note that replacement kittens may not look identical to the original. The buyer must provide veterinary documentation confirming the genetic defect before receiving a replacement. The seller will offer a replacement kitten of the buyer’s choice, of equal or lesser value than the original kitten.
